Welcome to IKC—what kosher supervision was meant to be
Welcome to the world headquarters of the International Kosher Council, home to food manufacturers and distributors worldwide as their source for fulfillment of all of their kosher needs.

Who are we?
We are an Orthodox certification. Rabbi Zev Schwarcz, is the Rabbi directing the IKC. He is a graduate and musmach of Telshe Yeshiva in Cleveland. He has had over 20 years experience with Kashrus supervision, most of it with the OU. All of our Mashgichim are Orthodox, bnei yeshivos. Our guideline is the Halacha (Jewish Law). We strive to do everything according to Halacha (Jewish Law).

The ever-expanding kosher Industry can be quite confusing and overwhelming.

The International Kosher Council was established to assist food manufacturers in the many facets that encompass getting a product kosher certified. With over 20 years of experience in the field, we specialize in assisting food manufacturers in the acquisition of the best economically, and strategically-suited, kosher certification program available.

We also help food manufacturers to coordinate the various kosher symbol requirements for exports, ingredient sourcing as well as specific private-label and co-pack runs.

We also will certify your company at the best possible rate with the utmost care to be as unintrusive and considerate as possible.

Our motivational goal is to work with you as our client to maximize your kosher product output and marketing exposure thereby maximizing your kosher-invested dollar. At the same time, we satisfy the growing demands of kosher consumers by infusing the kosher market with as many reliably kosher-certified products as possible.
